In this temporary assignment you will work in the Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions team, which is around 25 people in size and responsible for the delivery and management of Infrastructure towards our IT and NT customers within the T-Mobile Technology organization. You will work alongside operators, engineers and developers. You will work within and support both teams in delivering the foundation for our future modern cloud solutions.

Verantwoordelijkheden/Your responsibilities

In your role as Interim AWS Solution Architect you have the following responsibilities (among others):

• Translate customer needs into corresponding architecture solutions and provide expert technical advice and designs. designing, deploying, and managing complex cloud-based solutions using AWS technologies
• Design scalable, observable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation for cloud-based solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new AWS services and features to enhance existing solutions

Vereiste ervaring / Required experience

• Cloud platform expertise: At least 5 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex cloud-based solutions using AWS technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture design principles, and be able to apply this knowledge to design cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
• Proven experience in cloud transformation projects
• Well-versed in cloud security best practices, including data protection, access management, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, including S3, Lambda, VPC, EKS, Glue, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and EventBridge
• Knowledge of either Python, Javascript, or Typescript
• Knowledge of the Kubernetes eco system
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• The candidate should have experience with DevSecOps and GitOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions to address them.
• Education and certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
