Job Description

Sitting within the HR Strategy & Internal Communications Centre of Excellence, the HR Analytics team works closely with other HR teams and the business, participating in strategic initiatives and, embracing the latest scientific findings, as well as observing the highest standards of integrity.

What’s the role?

You’re going to be a vital part of a dynamic, cutting-edge team who helps Shell understand the drivers for high performing employees through advanced analytics. In practice, that means you’ll need to be able to anticipate problems and opportunities, and lead by your own initiative when it comes to pursuing solutions, making full use of your intellectual curiosity as well as your ability to handle high levels of ambiguity.

To succeed, alongside your technical expertise, you’ll need to display the kind of people skills that will see you confidently engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts to non-experts and representing Shell in external academic and professional networks.

You’ll also need to show us how you can work under pressure and within tight deadlines, and naturally possess a keen sense of integrity that’s necessary to work with sensitive and confidential data.
