Bring your HR data reporting skills to a key role within a fast-moving international structure
AkzoNobel creates everyday essentials to make people’s lives more livable and inspiring. We are a leading global producer of paints, coatings and specialty chemicals, supplying essential ingredients, essential protection and essential color to industries and consumers worldwide.
Our global business success is supported by an extensive HR organization. Within this context, your mission in this role is to translate global HR system-reporting demands into standardized reporting via tools such as report designer in euHReka (vendor NGA) and for example OBI from Oracle Taleo. You also drive the rollout of reporting tools and strategy and work within wider project team to support our Business Intelligence reporting solution.
As such, you must be able to thrive in a working environment that demands strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, along with a natural ability for team collaboration and open communication.
Is this a challenge that matches your profile as a professional with advanced data-analytical, planning and change management skills? Can you respond to changing reporting requirements and explain those changes to others? In doing so, can you equip others with the skills to perform key reporting tasks themselves? Above all, do you have what it takes to make a real and positive difference within our dynamic, multinational and multicultural business environment?
If you offer all this and more, we invite you to apply for the position of
